Undergraduate Nate Hirscher receives 2nd place in BASF-Texas A&M Symposium and Poster Session

Undergraduate student Nate Hirscher was awarded 2nd place in the BASF-Texs A&M Symposium and Poster Session.  The event included undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdocs.  Nate is conducting research this summer at Texas A&M in Professor Oleg Ozerov’s research lab.  The title of Nate’s poster was Investigation Into the Structure of (SiNN)Rh Complexes and Their Borylation Reactivity Toward Terminal Alkynes and Arenes.  Nate is a rising 4th year pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry with ACS Certification and conducts research in the Gunnoe Lab during the academic year.  Congratulations, Nate!
